This
was a very different book from the ones I am use to reading. It is not
your typical boy meets girl, falls in love, and lives happily ever
after. In this book it starts off with the Dean and Liv already
married. To other people looking at their marriage it seems like a
happy perfect marriage. On the most part it is. Even though Liv has
some issues with her past and struggles with it everyday, Dean has been
her rock and best friend. What makes this book so different to me is
because it really deals with some issues that married couples go
through. A marriage takes hard work and sometimes you do just want to
give up on it. In the beginning of the book it started off with them
being happy and it does give some background as to how they met. As for
the rest of the book, it is basically watching them struggle everyday
to keep their marriage together after one misunderstanding. I
thoroughly enjoyed this book. The character that has you laughing the
most is their best friend Kelsey. She's a riot. I can't wait to read
the sequel to this book. It left with a cliffhanger!!! Dang it!!!
Overall I gave it 4 stars out of 5. Congrats to Nina Lane.
