Love Again by Christina Marie

Love AgainLove Again by Christina Marie
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I have fallen in love with this author's writing. Something about the writing is so raw that I can actually feel the characters feelings. There is a graphic scene of rape in the book so be warned that this book may not be suitable for everybody. However, what does make this book so worthy is how Lennie the heroine rises after the tragedy. It took her a long time to heal but at the same time she didn't realize the man that she met before the rape would have been there to help her get through this horrible act of violence. Dominique is my new fictional book boyfriend. When the love of his life is brutally raped he wanted to be there for her. He felt her pain and would have done anything for Lennie. At the time Lennie's first response is to run and push Dominique away. It worked but not a day went by where Dominique was having to deal with this emotional trauma as well. Lennie thought she was doing the right thing. My heart broke for the two of them but read the book to see how they realize they can't be apart. COMPLETELY LOVED THE BOOK!!!!

Blessed are Those Who Weep (Gabriella Giovanni Mystery, #3) by Kristi Belcamino

Blessed are Those Who Weep (Gabriella Giovanni Mystery, #3)Blessed are Those Who Weep by Kristi Belcamino
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This book was okay for me. There was a lot of mystery and it was a page turner but I will warn you. When it first starts in the beginning I wasn't sure I would be able to read the whole book. The description of the crime scene was so detailed and then there was a baby involved. The baby is the only survivor when an entire family is murdered. Ella and the baby connect in a way that was very emotional for me. I had to put the book down and gather courage to read the rest of the book. It really was a very well written book and it had me guessing all the time. I liked the book and would recommend this to anybody that likes crime mysteries and suspense. Believe me there is a lot of that in this book.

Unchained Memory (Book 1) by Donna S. Frelick 5 stars out of 5

Unchained Memory (Book 1)Unchained Memory by Donna S. Frelick
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I was given this book as an ARC for an honest review. I will be honest and let you know that I really do not read Sci-Fi books at all or watch Sci-Fi movies. I was hesitant to read this book but I thought I would be open-minded and read it. I LOVED THE BOOK!!!! It was a page turner and I was only expecting to read for a few hours but I had to stay up and finish it. I love Ethan and Asia and the journey they go through together to get the answers Asia so desperately needs. This poor woman lost so much but yet is so strong. There is also suspense and a couple of parts that made me cry. Let's not forget the panty melting moments between Ethan and Asia. I'm telling you this book had everything in it. It was so well written because I was not able to put down at all. I definitely recommend this book!!! Freakin love it.

Unstoppable by Christina Marie Book 2 Must be read after Rewind 5 stars out of 5

UnstoppableUnstoppable by Christina Marie
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

OMG I loved this book!!!! Harley and Ryder are the kids from Rewind. I fell in love with Ryder and felt so bad for him. I don't know why Harley dates the first guy she meets in college but that was her choice. Her roommate Sarah is freakin hilarious. I hope she gets her own book. There are very graphic scenes in the book so if sexual violence is hard for you to read you may want to reconsider. This was an emotional roller coaster but it does have a HEA. I really love this author. I know I read her books under her previous name but for some reason these books just seem much more thorough. Can't wait to see what else the author has for us!

Rewind by Christina Marie formerly known as H.M. Montes 4 Stars out of 5

RewindRewind by Christina Marie
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I read this a few months ago and for some reason I saw something on TV and it reminded me of this book so I had to search for it. For the life of me I couldn't remember any character names except for Lucifer who plays the father and is the President of the MC. I couldn't remember author name, name of book, zip...nada....Do you know how long it took me to find it? 4 hours after going through all my books...lol I did like this book. I think it needs some polishing such as some editing errors which I can give my business a shout out Roni's Editing Services. Anyways, it is a real emotional book and very graphic details about abuse in the book but it doesn't end with a cliffhanger!!!! Thank God...So tired of CLIFF HANGERS!!!! The cover doesn't match the description of the heroine in the book. Her name is Sydney. She is very petite and a cheerleader in college. Other than that I really enjoyed the book. I love the ending BTW. The next book is called Unstoppable. I've read it already but like I said I forgot the names of the books and didn't do the reviews. So sorry.

Around the world humans are hallucinating after sleepless nights.

In a sterile, underground institute the forecasters keep reporting the same events.

And in the backwoods of Texas, a sixteen-year-old girl is about to be caught up in a fierce, ethereal battle.

Meet Roya Stark. She drowns every night in her dreams, spends her hours reading classic literature to avoid her family’s ridicule, and is prone to premonitions—which are becoming more frequent. And now her dreams are filled with strangers offering to reveal what she has always wanted to know: Who is she? That’s the question that haunts her, and she's about to find out. But will Roya live to regret learning the truth?
